The pool area was a delightful surprise, warm and perfect for relaxation, and I really enjoyed the tropical indoor atrium vibe. The food at the restaurant was delicious, especially the shrimp dish I tried. the service was fantastic! However, the room was a bit dated and could use some updating.

Window facing a storage area!!! It’s baffling that soundproofing isn’t better for such a loud environment!!! Consider limiting pool access to guests during the week to improve the experience!!!

Couple's getaway, not perfect but decent

The pool was nice and the gym had what we needed.

It wasn’t exactly a steal, but it was acceptable for what we got.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The king room I was in was spacious and comfortable. The hotel’s proximity to the airport made my travel effortless. I appreciated having a clean room with a kitchenette, perfect for making quick snacks. The hotel also provided reliable internet access, which made catching up on work easy. The breakfast options were satisfying and had a good variety. Staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful, making my check-in and out process smooth. However, I encountered a few issues during my stay. In addition, the bathroom could have used more attention. the shower had some plumbing issues and needed better maintenance. The lights in the hallway were a bit dim, making the area feel less welcoming at times. Overall, these issues didn’t completely ruin my stay, but they did detract from an otherwise enjoyable experience.

Perfect stay for a family getaway

We just spent a night here, and it was awesome! The kids loved the pool, super warm, and very clean. Our room was cozy with a nice touch—direct access to the patio! The restaurant staff were super friendly and the food was spot on, though the menu could use a bit more variety.

I had a nice stay for 2 nights and the room was nice and clean. It had a comfy bed for a good night's sleep. The pool area and sauna were perfect for unwinding after a long day. However, there were a few minor hiccups with the shuttle schedule that could be improved. 👍
